Italian Pasta Salad

This Italian Pasta Salad is loaded with fresh Italian favorites like pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, tomatoes, kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, and a delicious easy homemade zesty dressing! Perfect side dish for all your summer eats.

What you'll need:
16 ounces fusilli pasta
10+ pieces thinly sliced deli salami, diced
10+ pieces large pepperonis, diced
10 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup kalamata olives
1/3 cup pepperoncinis, diced
8 ounces mozzarella pearls
handful fresh basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

For the dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

How to make it:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until aldenté. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in the fridge until ready to combine everything together.

Mix up the dressing in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.

Dice the meats and veggies and add to the cold pasta. Pour the dressing over and toss until combined.

Keep refrigerated. The longer it sits, the more the pasta will absorb the flavors - mmMmmm!
