Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

Elevate your salads with this irresistible tangy and sweet homemade dressing. This is a simple and easy vinaigrette, guaranteed to get you to eat your greens.

What you'll need: makes ~1 cup
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp dijon mustard
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

How to make it:
Combine all of the ingredients into a mason jar (or an almost empty dijon jar). Shake until emulsified, pour over a bed of spinach or mixed greens.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake to combine before each use. If solidifies, let come to room temp for a few minutes before pouring.
